V Signature Straw Fedora

Love the hat, however really disappointed with Nordstrom; the hat came shoved into a box with another item I purchased. the box was much smaller than the hat, so the brim is bent. I'm giving it a little time to see if it will flatten out. I have had other Nordstrom items, valued at half of the cost of this hat, delivered with a signature required, wrapped in tissue and packed with care. Waiting to see if this is a keeper or not.
