Upton Bib Insert Wool Blend Car Coat

I purchased this car coat in size XL for my son who is 5'11" and 240 lbs. and had to exchange for a Large. The area around the chest and upper arms looked baggy. He has broad shoulders so I was quite surprised. The Large car coat fit better and looks more tailored and fitted on him.

The coat looks great on the model, as well as on models in the store. But, when I brought it home, it is too boxy in the lower half. Someone already said this in their review, and I should have listened. I am nearly 5'11" and weigh a little less than 160 pounds, bought a Medium, and it looks like the Carmelo Anthony Signing Coat from 2003. You can use that sizing for reference. Did not try the small, but the guy in the prior review said that if he went smaller the shoulders were too tight. Look at all the "lower star" reviews, and you will see that it's not that the people hate the color scheme or materials of the coat, it is the sizing ratio. Who knows.
