Great jogging stroller!
This is our second jogging stroller and it’s the best one by far! I initially bought the BOB revolution flex jogging stroller and found that it was hard to steer and impossible to fold. When the Uppababy Ridge came out, I ordered it immediately. It’s thoughtfully designed, responsive on pavement/ trails, and easy to maneuver. It also folds easily into the trunk of our SUV. I love that it comes with a parent cup holder and a large zip pocket for my keys. If you already have another Uppababy stroller, this is the sporty version! Same stop and go buttons as the Minu, same extendable canopy, extra large basket, and adjustable handlebar as our Vista. It’s a quality stroller that has the quality and ease of use we’ve come to expect from Uppababy. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys jogging or hiking/ walking on trails!

Wanted it to be the perfect stroller…
I did a lot of research trying to find a perfect all terrain stroller that could be used from birth. The Ridge checked all the boxes! However, after using it, I realized that the stroller is very noisy. Even on the smoothest sidewalks. the suspension makes an annoying rattling noise. I'm hoping once my LO is heavier, the suspension will be constantly engaged and I won't hear the noise. Unless this is fixed, I wouldn't recommend to a friend and if it is fixed, I hope I can be sent a new frame.

Nice but has some issues
First I’d like to say I do enjoy this brand I own their Vista, Cruz, G luxe stroller and many of their accessories and really enjoy all of them and have found the customer service through uppababy to also be top notch. For this ridge model, I’ll say I do like it for the unique hand disc brake system and the no pop (no air filled) tires. I also love the full size extension canopy with plenty of ventilation. It also has nice storage basket with cover and paired with the rain shield (purchased separately) is great for coverage in the rain. I have also purchased the parent console, the snack tray and the ride along board that go with it and enjoy those add ons, too. The issue I have is with the disc brake system. I first ordered one and it arrived right out of the box with the back left wheel making a horribly annoying metal on metal sound (sharpening a knife sound). It was so annoying and I did all the things recommended to loosen and tighten the calipers etc to no avail and it didn’t stop it. I assumed it was defective and returned it to Nordstrom and purchased a second one. The second one also makes this sound (same back left wheel) but not as bad. The first one did it nonstop whereas as the second one only makes the sound when I turn right. Now this is still annoying and for the price tag is frustrating. However, I did get it on sale and I do enjoy all of the other features so I decided to keep it but after two uses it has worsened and so I scheduled an online appointment with uppababy and hope to further resolve the noisy wheel/brake issue with their help. Hope this helps anyone else considering this model.

Using since birth and loving it so far
We purchased this stroller when it first came out before our son was born. We first used it with the bassinet, and are currently using it with his Mesa car seat. We walk at least once a day, and sometimes twice so we have used it quite a bit over a 4 month period with no issues. The stroller is very smooth, and easy to push. He seems very comfortable in it, and often drifts off to sleep in it. My only concern is the fact that the regular fabric seat doesn’t reverse to face the parent, so hoping that isn’t a problem when we eventually transfer him to the standard (non-car seat) seat option. The only other down side is it is quite large, and basically takes up the back of our Honda CRV if we take it anywhere. We plan to get a second small stroller for quick trips when we don’t need the full size one. Even with that I highly recommend this stroller and would definitely buy it again!

Incredibly smooth ride

Great Stroller BUT..
I got this stroller back in April specifically for running and i absolutely loved it . I had seen a few people complaining about a ticking sound and I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal until my stroller started ticking . It is the most annoying thing and I don’t know how to fix it because I love my stroller BAD 😭
