  • How to use: Remove VIO2 tape by lifting it from the backing paper. Choose an orientation to position the VIO2 tape. Close your mouth and press down to ensure the tape is secure. Wait 5-10 minutes after any skincare is applied to secure the tape. Remove by gently peeling away from skin. Discard after use.

Life-changing product!

Surpassed My Expectations!!

I will be honest, at first, I was a bit skeptical about how well these would work. I decided to give them a go for a week and would look at my fitness tracker data to see if there was a noticeable difference in any of the metrics (I'm in the science field, I couldn't help myself). Well, not only did I see there was an improvement in some of the data metrics, I also felt the difference. I don't use it every night, but a few times a week really helps me stay my best!

NIGHT TIME NON-NEGOTIABLE

As someone with a collapsed nasal valve who went through three different doctor consultations and was seriously considering surgery, I know firsthand how exhausting it can be to struggle with breathing at night. Mouth taping has genuinely made a huge difference for me. What I love about VIO2 is that it’s non-toxic. I’ve tried other brands that smelled like Band-Aids or lost their stick halfway through the night. This is one of the only ones I actually look forward to wearing, and it’s become a complete non-negotiable in my sleep routine.

Too difficult to use

This mouth tape is too flimsy. Sometimes if you need to cough or get a drink of water, its hard to remove and reapply. It sticks together.
