Arrived used, damaged and stained.
Unfortunately this arrived used, damaged and stained. Photos included. It’s disappointing that Nordstrom would sell a brand that would ever ship a product in such poor condition. I will be returning and certainly won’t be buying this brand again.
While Nordstrom is at fault, it’s important to note that it appears it was shipped directly from the brand, not a Nordstrom store.
