Love these!
Very comfortable once on. A little hard to put on and get heel through, but once they are one, they are great. I do want to comment on your video reviews. It's always bothered me that you don't show a person WEARING the item they are reviewing. Having someone TALK about the item does nothing for us. Show us someone wearing the item like they do in Zappos.

LOVE THEM, make sure you read sizing reviews
I’m a true 7.5 in most shoes/sneakers. These are 7s and almost fit perfectly. However, if you’ve owned Ugg’s before you know that the plushiness will eventually lay down and the shoe will feel bigger. I wish I could get these in a 6.5 but I’ll deal :)

How is it
nordstrom doesn’t publish bad reviews only good ones?? I love my Ugg’s and when I purchased from Nordstrom I was confident in the quality until my boots arrived and one boot seems to be a display boot and one brand new ! I will not keep them sadly as the left one’s fur is very thin while the right one is thick and how Ugg’s normally are when they’re new!

Very Meh
Very comfy, but extremely hard to get on. They got the same as all other Uggs. However, they are very unflattering and hit at a very awkward place and make my ankles look very wide. I am opting to exchange them for the minis.

Disappointed
I was so excited about this new style. But unfortunately it really disappoints. I am a true size 8 in Ugg and this ran a tad big. It kept slipping off at the heals making it unwearable. I contemplated on exchanging for a size 7 but there is also an issue with the quality of the material. It doesn't feel like the usual Ugg luxe suede. It feels thin and flimsy. Sadly, had to return.
