No change
I have been using the product for 4 weeks. I have noticed NO change. I read other reviews and thought at least my insomnia would improve, but it hasn't. No increase in energy or change in my usual aches and pains. I am 69, in good health, exercise regularly. I will continue with the 90 day supply, but so far have been unimpressed.

Not Sure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this product on the 1st day I received it and have been using it daily but as of now I can't say I've noticed any changes physically. But then again I don't know if I'm supposed to yet. We'll see what happens after a few weeks.
