What it does: Zinc oxide protects and supports the skin’s natural healing process. It is enriched with bisabolol and allantoin to help reduce redness and inflammation
Additional features: It is developed for eczema flare-ups, cradle cap, cracked, ultra-dry and chapped skin. Perfect for parents seeking targeted relief when skin needs extra care.
How to use:
- For eczema, apply a thick layer to clean, damp skin. Reapply as needed.
- For diaper rash and bottom care, apply a thick layer of ointment on perfectly clean, dry skin at every diaper change. For ultra dry skin, apply ointment as needed until skin is soft and supple.
- Three-day treatment for cradle cap, apply a thick layer of ointment on clean, dry scalp and cover with an all-cotton cap. Reapply twice daily covering with cap after each application. Do not wash hair until the fourth day. After shampooing, gently comb out dry skin.

Good diaper ointment
I use this on my baby boy's diaper area, it smells good though I am not sure if it's effective as he is currently suffering eczema in his bottoms. Even tried Desitin and got the same result. Maybe I can say more when everything's well with my baby.

Actually works
I really waited for this ointment to get back. Had been out of stocks for months.
My baby was struggling with eczema really bad, on his face, hands, shoulders, behind his knee, thighs and legs.
I tried everything and really didn’t want to always use hydrocortisone bc I wanted to avoid steroid use on him.
When I was finally able to get the ultimate ointment, I like many people tried it, and after about 3 days my baby still had the eczema. You could only imagine my frustration. But on one of the articles they have online said that after 7 days you start seeing a difference so I just kept trying.
And for sure, after 7 days, it got better. Not all gone, but better. So I kept using it and by day 14 my baby’s skin from head to toe was clear. My baby was 6 months at this time.
I continued with the baby balm bc I too get severe dry skin so I wanted something more moisturizing and he’s now 12 months and he hasn’t gotten a flare up since.
His feet though, get flare ups from time to time, but since I decided to only use the ultimate ointment on his feet, his skin is so moisturized.
I use the noodle n boo balm and ointment about 3 times a day, as recommended by my pediatrician since he kinda gets dry skin very fast. Just as a precaution to make sure his skin is always moisturized.
I honestly would recommend patience and persistence when using. I love it bc it’s gentle on skin and it’s steroid free.

The best!
This is the only product that has helped my daughter’s “drool rash” on her neck! Holy grail! I even use it for myself! I suffer from intense, itchy sweat rashes and this ointment really works!
