Scuffed and in bad shape
I got my new UGGs today (an hour ago) and had the unpleasant surprise of its leather being completely scuffed, scratched and banged up. Super disappointed that the only option is to just return it and not get it exchanged since it's sold out. I was hoping to get a price adjustment or refund for such a bad quality item but that wasn't an option either. Very upset about this as I was looking forward to having these cute new shoes.

not water resistant
As much as it says it’s water resistent, not waterproof, it still has horrible sealing in the toe area. This is now my second pair of uggs that claim to be water resistent that have failed me. I’m not dipping my feet into puddles but when I go into a small amount of slush, my toe area gets wet. Disappointed.
