Shannon Double Knit Lounge Pants

Absolutely wonderful pants. Exactly what im looking for. A bit structured, loose around the ankle, thick, well constructed, and a waistband thats not suffocating. I really love how they shape the pants. You can tell it’s not just a cutout a fabric that they sewed together and called it a day. I’m very picky about the lining inside, thats usually my dealbreaker. I was very surprised to find their fleece was incredibly soft and smooth. I dont know the term for it so I’m including a photo. You know the feeling when fabric brushes against your skin and for a while you feel the roughness of fabric when your put your pants on or adjust them? With this you barely feel any fabric because of the fleece, it’s like a whisper of air on of your skin *chefs kiss* My only con is that this isnt for short people! I’m 5’3” usually petite sizing and thought a little bit looseness would be fine. It fits me so well from my hips to my thighs (Lot of room for curvy/wide) but it is just way too long for me, it goes beyond my feet and more. I gave it 5 stars because it is such a fantastic garment and even though i paid a stupid amount of money for it I figured I would just get it shortened and save myself the stress of finding an alternative. Quick tip nordstrom allows for basic alterations on nordstrom purchases, so do w that what you will. Ugg, please make garments for us petites!
