My first uggs make me so happy

I saw these and just liked the style and light suede color. They reminded me of a cute cruiser/skater shoe and I personally love the casual look. The best part was wearing them. A bit wide they are super comfortable and seem fairly supportive with a removable sole to add an orthotic. I have a bunion and they really made my feet comfy. They are about a half size larger so I suggest sizing down. They are like walking on clouds. I’ve worn them almost everyday and walked 10k steps several days in a row. No problems at all. Had no idea what I was missing with the Ugg brand!💗

Wouldn’t buy

Terrible experience—-I bought these shoes that said true to size— they were on sale. I finally received them extremely small size 11 —and then even though Nordstrom said easy returns or exchanges?! I was told I had to pay $70 more to get the size 12 because the sale was no longer going on which as a business owner doesn’t make any sense to me —I asked for the exact same shoe just one size bigger!

Runs wide, even for wide feet

High hopes for cute shoe. My usual Ugg size is 7. Sized down as recommended. Ordered 6.5. I have over a thumbs length of room in the front. I would have to tighten the laces a lot to get them to fit, ruining the look of the shoe. What’s worse, received them in a replacement box and my shoe is missing its insoles. Obviously a returned shoe. This is NOT OK Nordstrom. 100% returning.
