I bought this boot as a present and wrote a special note for the Birthday girl . When she got there the box that it came in was severely damaged and the boot had a scratch on it . She called me right away so i can speak with the rep that was assisting her . I asked if they had another box since it was damaged and the first words that came out his mouth was ( you can return it we don’t exchange boxes ) in a rude way , I then said hey listen to me I’m a customer asking a simple question I don’t need you to be unprofessional and suggested he change his don’t care attitude. At that point he said Sir we can not exchange . I didn’t return it because online it was the last one in that size . Horrible customer service - I will say i come there all the time and never had an issue ever everyone is always so professional at nordstroms - that guy needs to learn or go back to training and learn the Nordstrom way or go work at Marshall’s
