NF got it right, for once!
If you have a short torso + arms and long legs, this is the ONLY NF jacket I’ve been able to wear that’s cut appropriately. For once, it actually has room in the midsection area and the arms aren’t too long. NF usually makes arm length I can drown in. The Duck Green is chef’s kiss.

Who designed this????
Can't believe the design of this jacket was approved! The pockets are all the way back towards the side and up high in the middle of your chest! Says it's a woman's extra large, but actually feels like an extra large for youth because the sleeves are too short!

Previous version was much better
This jacket will be returned. It does not have the same quality or features of my previous North Face jackets. What happened to NF quality?! The body design is flattering, but there are no underarm vents, pockets are in an awkward place, and the sleeve cuffs used to have elastic AND Velcro adjustments. Also, the NF logo used to be embroidered, and this new version has a cheap, plastic iron-on logo.

LOVE
This jacket is so light weight while also serving as nice windbreaker. Love to bring it with me on hikes and to wear it out in spring-fall especially if it's really sunny/hot and I don't want to burn or when there's showers or drizzly rain. It keeps me super dry and has nice deep pockets.

I love the color. The jacket looks just like the picture and is true to size. If you're just looking for a rain jacket, it's perfect. However, it will not keep you warm without a fleece or hoodie underneath.

Don't like the pockets.
I hate the pockets. They are slanted and hard to reach. Contortions are required to use them. Otherwise, I like the jacket. I use it over fleece and it is good in almost any weather.
