Rear strap is no good
The shoes fit my foot length fine, I mean the footbed was the right length and width. However, the back strap was much too short! Once I had the shoe on and stood up, the strap was not long enough to close properly with the velcro. The strap velcro was almost an inch too far (short) to reach the fixed part of the velcro on the outer ankle. I could absolutely not close the back strap, and I don't have wide ankles. Sent them back. (I got mine direct from Ugg.)

Some quality issues
These would be fantastic sandals if it wasn’t for quality issues. There’s an area on the right side of the sandal that is different from the left. There’s this area that’s open and the small flap irritates my arch. I ordered a 2nd pair from another site and they have another problem of heel slips. So either I keep the ones with an imperfection on the arch area or the ones that slip off your heel as you walk. Other than these issues they are so comfortable.
