Buy them. Especially if they are on sale.
I have several pair of similar boots - North Face and RL Polo most notably. These are better and I paid less for them. Better fit and feel, particularly the foot pad insole.

Narrow fit
UGG boots fit really narrow. Length is fine but really tight across the top of the foot and sides. For a “water proof” boot, don’t go into any water deeper than the rubber, anything past that will leak in from the tongue. Something I would have noticed in store, but bought these on line. The unsealed tongue seems odd considering the leather uppers are waterproof. Otherwise, they’re warm and look good with a good sole.
