never got them
I wouldn’t know cause they were never received. The only option given was a refund. I submitted a ticket with usps also. It says delivered in mailbox and nothing was there. I literally have zero answers and no item. I just want the package for my daughter smh.

Can not get these on my feet

Not the usual sizing
Been wearing Uggs for over 2 decades and this was the first BIG NO. Got sent back because it was too large and the band (not shearling) rubbed my ankle. I prefer the Uggs with fleece around the ankle area so cold air cannot penetrate and warm stays in. Love the Uggs from last year where the shearling folds over the entry and extends 2 inches over the outer bootie. With Uggs I always size down because the inner shearling lining compresses down. I’m 6 1/2 narrow-medium and ordered 6, the usual size that works best for me. Even before the shearling had time to compress down my foot was swimming inside this bootie. I would need a 5 or smaller in this shoe if I’d exchanged it. Also a tuff of wool came out when trying the bootie on. Not the sign of quality from previous Uggs:/
