Cute bootie

I loved this boot for all the features ..
The problem...I had to return the boot to you due to a faulty zipper on one of the boots, I would love a substitution but believe that they are sold out...I will buy them again in the future if available, as I indicated it has every feature that I was looking for in a cold weather boot...I love Uggs have owned at least 4 pairs and wonderful slipper...I live in the mountains with lots of cold weather.

pleasantly surprised
This was my last attempt at buying new Uggs. I haven’t found comfortable ones for a while, I sized up from 7 to 8 and it worked. They are comfortable and cute -don’t look frumpy. The sole is supportive. I’ve been holding onto my ones from early 2000s bc the recent ones have been stiff, hard to get on and not as soft. These are like the older ones imo. Def keepers
