Classic Mini Dipper Puffer Platform Boot (Women)

Ordered this boot, arrived with puffer pieces missing, boots looked worn dirty bottoms. Disappointing as no one in shipping bothered to check the item..? In the past several months I have been receiving recycled make up soiled returns. Sunglasses with makeup and finger prints, clothing with powder and deodorant. I have spoken to customer service and nothing has been done to correct this serious problem. It’s time consuming and frustrating to shop not knowing of your item will be delivered pristine new and without any missing parts.

I was intrigued by the design and they remind me of a luxury designers boot I already owned so I imagine they would be just as warm. They are very warm and comfortable, I like that you can remove the leg warmers for lighter weather days but the warmers make a huge difference. They took a bit to get used to walking in but not too long and I was nervous they would look too young for me but with the right outfit, I pick comfort over what others think of me. They are a new favorite. I'm a size 6 and they were true to size.

I’ve owned many pairs of classic Ugg boots and have always been an 8. My shoe size is between a 7.5-8. The reviews said they run big and the 7 was sold out but figured an 8 would be okay because how different from other classic boots could they be? HUGELY different. There was a solid inch of toe room at the front in length and they’re so floppy my heel couldn’t stay down. I checked thinking they sent me like a 10 or something, nope. Disappointed as I think the style is really cute and was excited that they brought back a light blonde tan again. Alas. Sold out and not even with my thickest socks will these work so will return and have to do without.

I am so disappointed as they are so cute. I ordered my regular size however after I put them on my heels kept slipping out of each boot. So I cannot walk in them. Tried to find a way to make them fit yet they are simply too big. Been watching & waiting for them to come back in stock so I can exchange for a smaller size however they have been sold out. Sadly will have to return and shop elsewhere.
