Dried blood stains on front of robe
I received what appeared to be a previously purchased and returned robe (tag was pinned on inside of robe and price hand written on tag) with dried blood stains on the front of the robe! Come on Nordstrom, you can do better. I called and reported and got the I am sorry. Now I have to go to Nordstrom for the return. This was a full price item so Nordstrom you need to improve your service and quality!
