Nordstrom send me a used coat.
The order I received was a used coat! Fuzz balls on the sleeves and pockets! How could this happen? Has anyone tried to chat with Nordstrom? It keeps giving me a phone number.

I LOVE the appearance of this coat. However, it does pill quite a bit (I’ve worn it 3 times) & one of the strings that holds the belt broke on the 3rd use as well. I wish it came with actual belt loops.
But as stated I do LOVE this coat.

Fabric Pills and Fuzziness Everywhere
I loved the coat so much I purchased two. Imagine my dismay when after only a few wears, the coat developed fabric pills on the sleeves and bodice. Major fuzziness. It's very disappointing and I'm planning to return the navy one.

Love the Color
Ordered navy blue. Fits true to size. Not as thick as my "sporty" winter coats for Michigan single digit temps or when it's in the teens, but definitely keeps me warm and comfortable when the temps are in the upper 20s or 30s. Love the look of the coat. Wear it to work.

Poor material
Loved the coat when I purchased it but started pilling after wearing it 3 times. Now it looks like an old coat 20 year old coat. I do not recommend it.
