Very high quality, very small.
This might be because I'm curvier on the bottom, but this skort was at least 2 sizes smaller than my typical fit. It's GORGEOUS and I highly recommend it to a petite woman. I'm very tall and have wider hips so it wasn't the cut for me. 4/5 stars because the sizing seemed a little off.
