Lost the trust, disappointed
I purchased a leather boot as a gift for my mother, but they sent a suede boot in the completely wrong size.
When I went to return it, I was told the leather boot had already sold out—yet no one informed me before shipping. I was a gift for my mother. This experience truly broke my trust.
Not dependable work ethics, did not expect it from Nordstrom and Tory Burch.

Sent me a suede boot not leather and had scuff marks on it and now leather is sold out there should be a way for notdstrom to contact Tory Burch to have the correct item sent also the item number is completely different from what I received :(

NICE BUT.
I ordered the Turnlock in leather. I like so many other was shipped suede. They were nice, but not what I ordered. Im far to hard on shoes to invest that much money for suede. Nope, I'm not that girl.

Super comfortable
I have two similar pairs of TB boots for many years and got this in cocoa color now. I wore them first day for several hours and they were comfortable. They look good with long skirt or wide leg pants as well. Sale price was more acceptable for me but I know they will last long as all of the other TB shoes that I have.
