Tumi Zip-Around Letter Pad #135643-1041 or 1356431041
Own several Tumi products: hard+soft-sided suitcases, folding suit bags, duffel, backpack, and now this zip-around letter pad. Items have been of very good - excellent quality; repair service another storty (see below).
Tumi repair service has been poor at best, so take care of your Tumi stuff so it doesn’t have to be sent back for repairs! Tumi website quote "world-class" repair service, but that hasn't been my experience x 2!
Otherwise wert good quality for the money, especially vs Rimowa, Zero-Halliburton, Cartier or Porsche Design. Other high-end brands we looked at were way overpriced for quality/value (Prada, Gucci, LV,... ).
Remember your checked bags will all be treated badly, no matter the brand.
This zip-around letter pad has been discontinued by Tumi, but can still be found new via online searches
(Tumi#135643-1041 or 1356431041). Recommended item, 5-stars; overall repair service downgraded.
