Heaver side, straps need work.
This is my first Tumi backpack. The backpack doesn't hold as much as it appears to, and it can get heavy quickly. The straps are somewhat adjustable, but the shortest setting still sits low on my back (I'm a tall woman with a long torso). When I asked about adjustments at a local Tumi store, the representative told me that it was a known issue, and to take it to a tailor instead.
I've traveled a few times now with this bag filled (with some tech gear and clothing), and the weight/position of the backpack + the thin straps have caused some discomfort.
Pluses: the material appears durable and the bag looks sleek.
