Great travel tote
Light weight bag but retains its structure. I bought for a business trip and was easily able to fit my laptop and a number of other items. Love the hidden cell phone pocket and front zip pockets for easy access to my ID and cell in the airport.

Looks good but least functional of all the Tumi products I have
I am a huge Tumi “junkie” (3 suitcases, 3 totes, 2 backpacks, plus wallets, etc). This was a regrettable purchase. I’ve had mine for over a year and used it maybe once or twice. I keep going back to my trusty Tumi Carson backpack which is very well organized.
The zipper on this tote requires you use two hands to zip. The external vertical zip compartments look nice, but frankly pretty useless. I don’t feel comfortable putting anything in there as they may fall out. Huge buyer’s remorse on this one.

Great bag other than straps
The straps hurt my shoulders. Wish they were wider and had more arm room. Other than that the bag is great. Lots of room for things. I work hybrid and I have to haul alit of stuff from home to office.

Roomy but Straps Uncomfortable
I love that my 15.6” hp laptop fits in here along with my iPad and all the available compartments. But if I put anything else in it, it gets so heavy. The shoulder straps are not comfortable at all and dig into your shoulder. I struggled carrying it through the airport. The only thing that saved my shoulder was using the sleeve to carry it on top of my luggage.
