Unusable
Worst piece of luggage I’ve ever owned over my 50 years of life. This suitcase itself is heavy without adding anything in. Top and side handles are completely flat and very rigid, it makes impossible to put your hand through without breaking your nails, not only that it requires a lot strength to do it. Very difficult to maneuver , especially on the escalators. It is so heavy that I’m unable to put it in overhead compartment myself. Even flight attendants when I ask for help complain that it is too heavy. Worst purchase I ever made, and such a waste of money. Used twice - unusable- will have to throw it out. Very disappointed

Nearly Perfect and Lacking.
I’m doing a comparison review of a TUMI bag I just bought compared to an old Travel Pro bag.
Dimensions: Travel Pro: 23H x 15.5W x 10D....
TUMI 22H x 14W x 9D....
Photo 1 shows a size comparison Travel Pro - Left and TUMI - Right. Photo 2 shows what I was able to pack with boots. Photo 3 is with sneakers and a huge bottled water. Photo 4 shoes the dual access which I really like. Now Photo 5 and 6 is what I’m able to fit in my old Travel Pro bag which I sacrifice with the TUMI. What I was able to pack in one side of the TUMI bag are: 1 extra pair of socks, 2 boxer briefs, 2 under shirt, 1 dress slacks, 2 dress shirts, 1 jeans, 1 flannel shirt, 1 bomber jacket. On the other side is sneakers and a TUMI toiletry bag. If I pack my boots, I sacrifice the water. If you look at Photo 5 and 6, I can bring everything plus snacks, sodas, and water. I’m sacrificing items I would normally bring with me with the TUMI bag. I wish TUMI would create an exterior pocket that fits water or bring back the 24” bag which had been discontinued. I’m not sure if I will keep the TUMI bag and repurchase a Travel Pro. It’s very nice. But I need all these essentials to pack. Hope this review helps in your decision.

Too bad
Difficult to roll through the airport. Does poorly on any textured tiles. The bag was checked (mandatory gate check) and was scuffed all up after only one use. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this splurge. I don’t think it will last as long as I had intended. It’s a bummer because it’s a pretty case and the front opening design is wonderful. I was able to fit two weeks worth of clothes into it.

Solid bag
The bag is beautiful and functional, but I wish that the pull out handle was a little bit more sturdy
