Tulle Mesh Midi Dress

I recently ordered 3 dresses from Nordstrom.com. Upon receiving them I immediately decided I did not want to keep any of them. I returned one on its own and received my refund. For the other two I was only given one label so I put them in the same box and returned them. A few days later, I was told the company was not issuing my refund. After almost an hour talking to multiple people at the alleged “customer care” center, I was told that it was a marketplace purchase, and that I should have known that it needed to be returned to the original vendor. Every single communication about those purchases had NORDSTROM in capital letters across the top of the email and the three dresses were individually itemized on my credit card as being paid to Nordstrom. I’m currently waiting to hear back how they are going to resolve this. I’m extremely upset and am still out over $450. Nordstrom is a fraud and I will take legal action if I don’t get my money back.
