Triomphe 54mm Round Sunglasses

I need to start this out by saying these glasses are SO cute and they are so flattering- I always loved the oval shape but hated how they looked on me. When I saw these in a bigger oval, I jumped and I'm glad I did. Customer service for this item, however, is an absolute nightmare. When I received these glasses, they were filthy, clearly used, and had sticky residue on them. Customer service refused to acknowledge they shipped such a disgusting item. I wanted a full refund, if not, a partial refund due to the state they came in. It's a slap to the face when they said $60 is the most they can do. At one point, of their leads offered me $15, which is truly offensive lol. Ladies and gentlemen, take my experience and go elsewhere to buy designer merch if this is how they want to treat their customers. This experience definitely made me reconsider.

For those, like me, who like the oval Triomphe sunglasses that have been viral on social media, but doesn't quite suit their face because their face is a bit wider, these are perfect! I was so excited when I saw these released. I ordered right away (because they weren't available at my local Nordstroms). They stay put on my face and are not too tight. Very classy and elegant look, and extremely flattering. Love!

I ordered the sunglasses online to Pick up at store. Since it was a christmas gift I didn’t check them out when I picked them up. They were suppose to be brand new right? Wrong!! The frame had a lot of scratches and finger prints. I am guessing they were a return and were slightly used. Not happy with this, I don’t mind since the actual lens was good, but they should specify I wont be receiving a brand new item. Then I can think of it’s worth the price. But overall, not happy with this purchase.

As a long time customer of Nordstrom I’ve have to realize that the customer service have declined rapidly since last year thus the second sunglasses I ordered on line that it’s been on display for a long time full of scratches all over and extremely dirty the first one was Dior which I returned it already but it’s not just sunglasses I ordered a designer pants it came in a household zipper bag another black designer dress which it came in a plastic bag!!! They use you to hang the garment and cover it and mail it to you not anymore their is no quality control any more and as a customer that’s very important. I hope my review would make someone in corporate to read what customers want after paying so much money.
