Beautiful but quality issues and uncomfortable!

I ordered these to get here just in time for a formal event. Right away I noticed quality issues but my event was that night and didn’t have a choice but to wear them. They looked so beautiful with my dress and fit well, but within 5 minutes I was in serious pain. The straps were digging into my pinky toe and leaving deep red lines. I couldn’t wait for the event to end so I could take them off. At this price point, I expected way more than what I received.
