Travel Walker II Running Shoe

The TravelWalker II has been completely redesigned, but there is no way of knowing this until you purchase it. For some bizarre reason, they made the heel super wide and the toe box super narrow! The human foot is not shaped like this, so it should be the opposite. It's comical when you look at the new shoe's shape. They really need to test-market these shoes properly, so that problems like this can be identified. I can't imagine who this shoe would possibly fit now! I wear a narrow shoe size, and the toes are even too narrow for me, yet the heel is absolutely massive and slips all over creation. In addition, they added depth to the shoe (and a new insole), which also causes your foot to slide around so much that it results in instability and gait issues. Beware that the sizing is now completely different also. I used to wear a 7.5 Narrow in this shoe, but despite buying this same size and even a size smaller (7 Narrow), I am still slipping and sliding in the shoe (yet the toe box has no room for the toes--it's just the strangest design ever!) Unfortunately, it is now a completely different shoe with the exact same name. Please bring back the old style and remember the adage: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I have worn this brand for quite a few years. They are very comfortable and flexible.
