Trail Model Waterproof Rain Jacket

Love this rain jacket. Outdoor tested to be waterproof in light rain. Hood velcro feature to adjust hood brim position. Breast zippered pocket for my phone. Just learned how to pack it - turn left pocket inside out. Stow tag on zipper is very clever. Rubber on end of zipper pulls and love the color. XXL is perfect for me- 67 years old. 6'-1", 245 lbs

I've had 2 of these over past 12 years. They work very well until the inside coating (that makes them waterproff) starts to peel off the outer nylon shell. Where it hs pulled off and is gone, all you have at those places is a nylon shell that does not block the water. Current jacket about 9 years old. Several places where the inside coating has worn off and now I get wet when I wear it in the rain. Worked great until that happened. The same problem occurred with the first model of this coat I had too. See photo.
