Trail Model Waterproof Rain Jacket

My wife and I both bought one of these. It works OK as a rain jacket and an outer shell. Has no lining, but it's easy to wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath for warmth if necessary. The problem is that it doesn't work very well as a rain jacket for very long. My wife is a runner, and when she stays out in the rain for half an hour, she comes back soaked. I think it worked better at the beginning, but is fairly useless after two years.
