Sleeveless Cotton Midi Dress

This dress is very long for a 5’4” person (to ankles). I brought it in, I’d ordered it online, for alterations. The alterations lady noticed the dress had black marks (dirt?) and a hole on the seam. I’d tried it on once, in my home, with no dirt present nor had I noticed the hole. Fortunately, the affected areas were going to be cut off during the hemming process. I suspect the dress had possibly been worn and returned by another customer… It also runs very large in the armpit area. Otherwise, it’s a cute dress.
