Annecy Open Front Wool & Cashmere Coat

I loved the coat and the fit. It looked really good. Unfortunately, the condition I received the coat in is very sad. It had fur, crumbs, wrinkled - looked very used and even the plastic bag it was shipped in wasnt taped and looked very old wrinkled and completely used. For the price tag, I expected the product to be shipped in better condition, clean and packaged well. I never had this experience with Nordstrom and I understand returned products butttt, for this price tag and a designer product, its a shame the product looked as bad and I was forced to return it because I couldn’t keep it.

I was looking for a classic camel coat… I went to the bathroom in Chicago and saw this coat on the rack and said “this is the coat” after great sales help finding me the right size, I bought this coat and wear it with everything! I wear it with jeans and sweats and feel like a million. I get compliments every day. In my opinion the pocket placement is a selling point! Love the picket placement
