The Oval Bracelet Watch, 22mm x 28mm

As the headline states the watch is absolutely beautiful! Very simple and minimalistic, I was able to get it resized at my local Nordstrom. 3 stars - This watch and many other items have been USED by previous customers!! Nordstrom quality has been on the downward- the tags were removed and there was fingerprints all over the watch screen. I wanted to return but it was out of stock! I am very disappointed but decided to keep the watch and clean it up a bit. I don't know what it going on with the quality of items lately Nordstorm Do Better !

Overall the watch itself is beautifully designed and my girlfriend loved it as a gift. The issue with it was when i went to resize it to her specifications we realized that the pins that held the bracelet together kept falling out. Of course I brought it back and vocalized my concerns with the staff. I was then told that it was a consistent issue with the batch of watches sent to them meaning every single watch had loose pins.
