Almost …..just not quite

Beautiful bag, but not for me. As much as I wanted to keep it, it just didn’t suit my everyday needs. I was hoping for a softer leather. However this bag is a bit too structured for me. Would be perfect for a professional individual. However, even having said that, it is a perfectly sized bag for a petite user.

Beware Nordstrom Shipping

The bag is beautiful and a great everyday size. But I will have to return and buy directly from Tory Burch. Nordstrom shipped this item in a plastic shipping bag despite saying they ensure items are carefully packaged to maintain their quality. So I recommend going in store or buying from Tory Burch to really ensure no damage was done to the structural integrity of the bag during shipping by Nordstrom.

Received returned bag in poor condition

I read previous reviews that someone received the bag shipped in plastic bag and returned. The same thing or perhaps same bag was sent to me. Bag was soft and appeared used. The metal feet’s all scratched up. Price tag was already cut off and has two return labels. The bag was shipped without Tory dust bag. Very disappointed and inconvenience that I now need to reorder. This one is going back for sure.
