I got a used bag.
I don’t know what the person who returned this handbag did to get it so dirty. It looks worse in person than in the picture, I think that’s because of the flash. The handle, the right side of the flap, and the tag sting (which I don’t know why they include it, if it’s not even attached) are dirty. It looks like they could be scratches, because the chain has some links that have something black on it, but they don’t look dirty, it looks more like that might be the finish of the chain that came off. When I pay $568 for something, I expect for it to at the very least be decently packaged and not dirty. This came the same way it was returned by someone else. Also, even though there are things I love about this bag, oddly, it looks big on the outside, but it’s small on the inside, which is the opposite of what I want.

Looks Cheap
I purchased the black handbag, and it looks cheap. It doesn't even look like leather. Also, I'm surprised this was sold without a dust bag or anything- it was just wrapped in plastic. The size is good for my travel essentials (phone, passport, cards, etc.), and I can wear it as a cross-body to avoid Parisian pickpockets, but this bag looks better on the computer screen than in person.

heavy bag
Heavy. I used this bag for a few hours and l I wore it on shoulder and as a crossbody and it was tiring as it was such a heavy bag. I had to go home and get exchange to a more comfortable bag. I still kept the bag did not return, as it is elegant but just be ready to carry a very heavy chain around.
