Romy Small Crossbody

I got this bag on sale and although it is a perfect small size, I don’t think it’s worth the price tag. It came delivered in a clear plastic bag in a sleeve (not a box) without a duster bag. It is quite thin and the strap isn’t comfortable on the chest since there’s a little bulge on the strap for adjustment. I would probably keep it if it was $150 or less but didn’t like it enough as is.

Love the unstructured style of this bag. It is small yet has room for all the essentials and more. With all bags, I wish there were more security features, like interior zipper pockets and key clips, just to prevent certain things from falling out. This bag has one deep interior slit pocket. The crossbody strap sucks. It has multiple stud things that are used to adjust length, but they dig into your body and are really annoying. I don’t use the purse much because of the bad strap. Fix the strap, add more interior organization features and this thing becomes a winner. General quality seems great.

Great casual day to day small bag with lots of room. The only thing I didn’t like was unwrapping it! It’s a great bag and comes in great colors. I like the gold trim do chose Tiramisu. But like all the colors.

They sent me this bag with the alarming security tag on. Also, the way that they wrapped the bag shouldn't be like this. No dust bag received, all I received was pieces of paper junks inside of the bag.

This bag is a great size for daily use, phone, keys, card slot, maybe sunglasses and a lip balm.The bag is pretty. I am a little concerned that my key fob could potentially fall out as it does not completely close. I purchased the cream and like that it has silver hardware. Still debating if I will keep it.

The item I received today at 3:55pm was a used item. The original packaging was absent. It was stuffed with a single piece of very used tissue paper similar to what you see in shoe boxes. No dust bag. The interior on the bottom of purse had stains on the beige colored leather. Indication of obvious use. The plastic tag holder is not the original tag holder that comes with authentic Tory Burch merchandise. I suspect that this item was used and returned with no tags attached and a sales associate accepted it as a return and reattached a tag in the store. This item should never have been re-sold. The item itself is typical Tory Burch quality and design. Well made from quality leather. Obviously, I will be returning this item tomorrow. This Icon member is not going to be happy if I am questioned and challenged about the poor condition of the bag.
