'Robinson' Zip Continental Wallet

I purschsed this Tory Burch wallet for my wife as a Christmas present. When i received the box from UPS a few days before Christmas and opened it, I was totally disapointed with the packaging Nordstrom used. The wallet was in a clear plastic bag about 3 sizes too big and placed in a plain card board box ! i could not believe that there was not a nicer Tory Burch box or fabric bag or something more representative of a wallet at this price !! clearly someone at Nordstroms pulled this important purschase out of a display case and tossed it in a box. I expected better from a retailer like Nordstrom !

I have a Tory "Robinson" zip continental wallet from a previous season that I adore. I was hoping to get this one (purchased the bougainville pink) to have a spring/summer shade as the one I own is a raspberry shade better suited for fall/winter. However, upon receiving it I was immediately dissastisfied, and it began with simply the shipping. It came wrapped in paper and in a clear plastic bag. I would say that's very disappointing considering the cost! No nice Tory packaging by any means (this same less than acceptable packaging happened with all Tory items I ordered at Christmas time as well...disappointed by Nordstrom on that). The wallet itself is not the quality I expected. The leather on the outside is matte/dull rather than slightly glossly like the one I own. Furthermore, the interior is an ugly mixture of hot pink metallic and vinyl, rather than nice leather (again, like the one I already own). Needless to say I'm returning it. I might try a different shade since I didn't like the pink very much (that's a personal opinion as others seem to love it). Though for the cost, I might go with a different brand altogether. It's a shame as I love Tory.

I love Tory and this is a great wallet! Its easier to open and get in then her other zip around wallets and the leather is great -- I can tell its going to hold up for awhile. It is a little heavy and $$$ but worth it!!

I really love this wallet by Tory Burch. The bright pink color is beautiful and stands out in my purse, it holds up really well, and cleans easily, and I get so many compliments on it. I'd been wanting a zip up wallet for a while and this one really seems to do the trick. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I really wish it had a few more slots for cards. It also does seem to get full quickly, but it's good for someone like me who has a tendency to throw everything in my wallet and never look back.

Great wallet that zips very easily. The leather is very nice and smooth, and seems like it will last for a long time. Only down side to this is it only has 8 card holders, but other than that I am very please with my purchase!

i don't like the accordion type opening, its hard to access the sides, it doesn't not open as wide as i want it to. i love the leather and organization
