Love at first sight
I loved this a lot more than I thought I would. The color is prettier in person. I also love all the little compartments. The chain strap is also a nice touch!

Not as satisfied as I expected
My strap is already break and the white is getting dirty with uncleanable. I come and try to exchange it and the people there doesn’t give me to exchange. And such a bad customer service. So disappointed. I been purchased bag here a lot and this is why I don’t want come back anymore.
I hope they could give me an exchange for the bag because right now my bag look so not worthy my money

Great for an everyday bag
Great for an everyday bag. Can dress up and down. Enough size to hold a wallet, a phone, keys, pens, and a lipstick. However, it is hard to put hands into little zip pocket, which is located inside. That’s my only complaints.

This bag looks fabulous and dresses up any outfit! It’s also roomier than I expected, I love it so much I bought it in white!
