Reva Leather Clutch

I recently had a disappointing experience with a pickup order from Nordstrom Tyson’s corner. The customer service was far from pleasant, as the staff member who assisted me seemed disinterested and unfriendly. To make matters worse, when I received my order, the item was unwrapped and not even placed in a Brand bag, leaving it vulnerable to damage. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the item was noticeably damaged, which was very disappointing considering it was a gift for a special occasion. I had no choice but to return it immediately, which was an inconvenience and a waste of my time. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my pickup order The lack of care in packaging the item, combined with the poor customer service, the lady didn’t hand me the Bag she just tossed the order on her desk wich I found this un respectful and left a negative impression on me. I hope that the store can improve its order pickup process and customer service to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future."

It came in such a bad condition that I returned it immediately. It had scratches on it and also had the display tag on it, meaning it was on display and that's why in bad condition. Didnt expect this from Nordstrom.

I was very disappointed to receive this beautiful purse in a very bad packaging and condition. Though the tag/label was intact, it seemed like a display item with scratches on it and also the lock was still on it. There was no box or dust bag provided. Didnt expect this from Nordstrom.

Not enough room for phone & keys

I needed an ivory clutch for a dressy fundraiser and this seemed perfect. I especially liked that I could wear it over my shoulder with its gold chain. It’s an okay size: I could put my phone and small packet of tissue side by side. I could also put lipstick right side up next to my phone and tissue. I put my driver’s license and debit card in the provided slots. But that’s all I could easily put in it without other items coming out of the purse when I pulled out my phone. The most frustrating part: When I’d open/close the clutch, the chain would often stick to the magnetic closures, making it tricky to close quickly because I’d have to pull the chain out of the way first. The big gold logo is a tad much - just my preference. Still I’ll happily carry it again - probably without the chain.

Beautiful handbag but very small I gave it 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️because the quality of the bag and leather beautiful, otherwise would have given 1 start ⭐️.. your can’t really put anything in other that a phone .. wouldn’t fit car keys or anything else …
