Cannot believe

I was waiting for this bag and was looking forward to finally opening it and turns out that Nordstrom sent me a used bag! I can see splashes on it and it totally looks used. So disappointed and the customer service did not do much other than return!

Cute bag

I would love this bag if it came with Silvertone hardware. An option for Silvertone would be fantastic. I’m tired of seeing the gold tone with black. It’s so 1980.
