make sure you inspect the bag
I was so excited to receive this bag, I purchased it in white. It’s a beautiful and practical bag. However, I quickly realized it had a long thin cut on the leather on the front of the bag. The bag has sold out and I called customer service which was of no help. The only option they gave me was to return the bag! Very disappointed with my purchase!

I was so excited to receive this bag, I purchased it in white. It’s a beautiful and practical bag. However, I quickly realized it had a long thin cut on the leather on the front of the bag. The bag has sold out and I called customer service which was of no help. The only option they gave me was to return the bag! Very disappointed with my purchase!

Not crossbody!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous bag but the chains are attached separately to the bag and are not detachable or connectable - the description states the chain is one piece and can be worn crossbody- not true. I am keeping the bag as I have a Ralph Lauren bag with a thin detachable black leather cross body strap that works fine to adapt this very pretty bag to crossbody.
