I received a used and damaged purse
I received used purse with pen park inside, outside looks like its been used for a while very disappointed with Nordstrom for sending me damage used Tory Burch! Please refund me my money. Not acceptable!

Tory Burch Kira Chevron Small Leather Shoulder Bag
Purse is cute and good space to carry the necessities but disappointed that the small strap was not removeable. I like to carry one strap at a time not two. For the price point, felt that I should have that option.

Disappointed Hard wear tarnished
The hard wear on the handbag is tarnished. It is not gold. Also the dust bag is very cheap and does not have the Torey Burch color band on it. Will be returning. Super disappointed in the quality of the hard wear in this bag.
