Beautiful Necklace

BEWARE! Item missing - Nordstrom won't help!!

I did not receive this in my shipment and Nordstrom customer service refuses to help! There were two items missing (this and the matching bracelet), and the response I got was "choose a more secure way to ship" - Come on Nordstrom, do better! Now I have to submit a dispute with my credit card company, and also considering filing a police report.
