Scratches very easily
I only used mine for a very few times and been taking good care of it, it scratches VERY VERY EASILY. Most of the off-white now looks grey. Definitely not worth $600 and it's too late to return it. I guess if I used it more frequently earlier I'd have known and i would have returned it

Regret this buy.
Returning. This bag is trying too hard at everything. I was in search of a beige/cream colored bag, this seemed to fit the bill but when I received it, it was exceptionally stiff! Not just structured, but almost unmovable. It needs more softness, it would have been great, and taken this from a want to be Chanel to a real TB bag. The design notes and pocketing are almost identical to Chanel. Also, the T logo atop is even more pronounced in person. I like TB style and design shape, but the branding execution is too logo mania lately, and here. Class needs no brand plastered across it. I felt this bag was just trying to be another brand’s bag. It wasn’t true to TB in my opinion. I don’t feel the execution of craftsmanship was even true to TB’s more original design ideas.

Scratches VERY easily
I love the look of this purse but it scratches so easily. My purse looks terrible scratch wise and I’ve only had it 2 weeks! My cheaper Micheal Kors purses are better quality. I won’t be purchasing another Tory Burch bag because of the poor quality unfortunately

Scratches!
This bag is absolutely beautiful to look at but wow the quality is so bad and it scratches so so easily! Everything tory Burch I have purchased is unfortunatly really poor quality. :( I purchased a wallet at the same time as purchasing this bag and the leather of the wallet it fading out and I’ve barely had it. My cheap stuff is better made then tory Burch :(

This bag is so classy and a head turner!
Guys, seriously TB makes great bags. This bag is so classy and elegant for its price. It has gorgeous leather and gold hardware. It comes in great colors. I bought Desert Dune and it coordinates nicely with a pair of thong sandals I also bought from TB. This bag seriously is a great buy for the money. I also have it in black. Why spend $8-10,000 for a Chanel when you could buy a huge amount of TB! They are beautiful and timeless.
