<love this Raffia Tote Bag by Tory Burch

I got this bag about 5 months ago. I just love it. It is floppy but I purchased a mesh makeup bag which is as wide as the bag and almost as high. I put it up against the front of the bag and it looks like a pink liner. It stand up straight which keeps the bag anchored and upright. I just love it. Kind of waiting for the black one to go on sale but so far it's full price. I may just have to pay it. I also have a black liner for that one. The liners I reference I got on Ebay and they are the Lady Dior mesh cosmetic pouch. Not cheap but they work great.

Beautiful but weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The purse is Beautifull, but it needs a liner and stronger handles, otherwise it is to be used empty, just with a lipstick and maybe a wallet or for the summer with just a small towell and lotion. Structurally this is the first Ella purse that I have purchased that makes me scared to use it. If you are just going for the looks, then this is your purse. The emblem is lovely and strong, but unless this is a specially strong fiber, in my case it wont keep the shape, I usually fill my purses half way so there is some weight I put into it. I am having a special liner sewn for it specifically. Engineering wise this would have been fixed with a clear plastic liner that would have given it the appropriate strength as well as the transparent look! I am addicted to Ella purses but I hope this one can survive some wear. I love the natural color.

So pretty!

So happy I splurged and bought this - on sale! - for the last few weeks of summer and the beginning of fall. Beautifully made. The "small" size is definitely large enough for essentials and more, although I don't plan on overstuffing this bag, because I don't want to stretch out the handles. (That said, while this can fit a laptop, I don't think the material of the bag can withstand holding one for longtime use.) Items I'm keeping in the tote: small wallet, leather "catchall" pouch with makeup, phone, charger, headscarf, and a small, travel-sized plastic bottle of body spray/fragrance. I could fit tons more in here - a light top or sweatshirt - but the bottom doesn't sag with the items I've placed in it, and I want to keep it that way. It's a gorgeous color (deep slate) and yes, it's pricey - even on sale - but I really love it and I'm happy I finally splurged. : ) Good for city or beach trips. : )

Love this purse!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the black one and I loved more then I thought!! I bought black mesh bags to put items in.. like wallet.. make up .. etc.. I got the idea from another reviewer! I loved it so much I bought the White! White mesh bags fr Amazon.. I bought a couple of black from a site reseller of Christian Dior mesh bags! I also bought TB natural thicker purse in Spring! All well made!! Sturdy! I get compliments where ever I go on the purse!!

Surprisingly functional

Very cute and functional. I love the hook for attaching keys too. I get compliments on this bag when I use it (which is often!).
