Ella Small Hand Crochet Tote

I got this bag about 5 months ago. I just love it. It is floppy but I purchased a mesh makeup bag which is as wide as the bag and almost as high. I put it up against the front of the bag and it looks like a pink liner. It stand up straight which keeps the bag anchored and upright. I just love it. Kind of waiting for the black one to go on sale but so far it's full price. I may just have to pay it. I also have a black liner for that one. The liners I reference I got on Ebay and they are the Lady Dior mesh cosmetic pouch. Not cheap but they work great.

So happy I splurged and bought this - on sale! - for the last few weeks of summer and the beginning of fall. Beautifully made. The "small" size is definitely large enough for essentials and more, although I don't plan on overstuffing this bag, because I don't want to stretch out the handles. (That said, while this can fit a laptop, I don't think the material of the bag can withstand holding one for longtime use.) Items I'm keeping in the tote: small wallet, leather "catchall" pouch with makeup, phone, charger, headscarf, and a small, travel-sized plastic bottle of body spray/fragrance. I could fit tons more in here - a light top or sweatshirt - but the bottom doesn't sag with the items I've placed in it, and I want to keep it that way. It's a gorgeous color (deep slate) and yes, it's pricey - even on sale - but I really love it and I'm happy I finally splurged. : ) Good for city or beach trips. : )
