disappointed in Nordstrom
My review is for Nordstrom poor online experience. I ordered the shoes online and without delivering the shoes they wrote Returned on my order. After calling several agents I was given a number for in Missouri store, which was responsible to mail the shoes. I was told by the customer representative that particular store did not have the shoes so they decided to just put returned. However, they still showing that they have the shoes on line . My question is who is responsible to mail the shoes to me, I did not order from Missouri but on line.
I will never order from Nordstrom anymore, I am done. Their service is very poor at this time . I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember but I’m so disappointed with them. I will use other store to avoid the hassle.

In search for the perfect TB shoe
Beautiful shoe tooo tight for my chubby feet. I couldn’t get it and and the one side I did felt very uncomfortable from the tightness. Unfortunately had to return.
