Charlie Patent Leather Pump

Nordstrom has completely lost their reputation… I have been holding on reviewing my orders for far too long thinking it’s a human error …. I started ordering my things as pick up in the store instead of delivery because of repeatedly receiving my orders damaged. I would open the package in front of the customer representative and they would be also shocked about the condition of the order.. well well this time they are winning the “high end store “ shopping experience… in my life I have never seen anything like this … it’s the equivalent of going to canal street or any ally and buying cheap stuff … also I know there is no one reaching out from their customers’ service to remedy any issues… so these reviews are not helpful at all because it’s just a formality and make believe that anything will change . I had read and seen so many of these and I still continued to spend my money on them, hoping the other reviews might make a difference 🙁 I have been trying to post the pics but apparently there is a “problem “ I will be returning lost of things
