overall happy
Great quality work bag. I'd like to see a smaller external pocket for keys,phone, wallet. Also, I wish I could take the back pack straps off. Having them in the stow away pocket is bulky. Perfect size for laptop and some work documents. Shoulder strap is great and sturdy and doesn't flip on your shoulder.

Poor finishing with details. The padding was broken after the first few days. Will either replace or return.

Great!
I bought this for my husband who is a doctor just starting his first job after residence. It's perfect for him in that it's very durable, roomy but not too big, and super functional with all the different ways to carry. Would highly recommend!
